Pokemon X and Y Starter Pokemon
Pokemon X and Y will offer new players a choice of one of three Starter Pokemon, just as the previous Pokemon games offered. As with the other games, the 3 available Pokemon will be of the fire, grass or water type, with a strength and weakness cycle being formed whereas fire is weak to water, water is weak to grass and grass is weak to fire.
The Starter Pokemon for Pokemon X and Y are:
Chespin
Chespin – Grass Type Pokemon
Fennekin
Fennekin: Fire Type Pokemon
Froakie
Froakie: Water Type Pokemon
