Each game has added a few additional options, such as choosing from a boy or a girl, but with Pokemon X and Y coming out, you will finally have a large variety of options to choose from to make your Pokemon trainer in an image that you desire.

Pokemon Trainer Customization

Your Pokemon trainer image will represent you not only throughout your adventure in the Kalos Region, but also as your avatar in the player search system and the Pokemon Global Link website.

 

The first options you will have to choose between will be whether you are a boy or a girl trainer, which will then give you a choice between some default skin, hair and eye color options. Upon choosing between those Pokemon trainer customization options, you will come across various boutiques and stores in the Kalos Region where you can obtain wardrobe options and accessories. You will even be able to access salons to change your hair style.
