Diancie

Nintendo and the Pokemon Company unveiled a new XY Pokemon Species just in time for Valentine’s Day. Diancie, a rock/fairy type Pokemon, is now National Pokedex entry number 719. It is said to be able to compress carbon in the air to create diamonds which is uses to attack and defend itself with.

How to Catch Diancie

Anything that can create diamonds sounds valuable and will most definitely be high on everyone’s catch list. No word has been said yet on how Diancie can be obtained, but it will likely be obtained in an event or when Pokemon Z comes out.

Some hackers have found details within the game showing that Diancie has at least been coded in as Pokemon number 719 in the national Pokedex and an event is at least set up to run at some point. It has been suggested that Diancie will be available in the upcoming ORAS games, with a mega evolution form available as well.

The Diancie event is likely to occur at the release of the Diancie Pokemon movie or ORAS, perhaps also holding its own Mega Stone, too.

If you cannot wait that long to obtain Diancie, hackers have made it available online, oftentimes requiting you to send them your copy of the game and charging some sort of fee.
