Starting August 13th, 2014, Pinsir and Heracross will be available via Nintendo Network distribution. Heracross will be available exclusively for X, while Pinsir will be exclusive to Y. Both Pokemon will be at level 50 and are ready for battle with a variety of moves. Despite Pinsir and Heracross not holding any items when you receive them, starting on the 18th, and ending on the 31st of August, you can go to a participating Gamestop to receive the mega-stones by entering the respective code. Both Pokemon are able to have one of two abilities; Swarm or Guts on Heracross, and Hyper Cutter or Mold Breaker on Pinsir. Pinsir and Heracross both also have an Adamant nature. Heracross will come with Bullet Seed, Pin Missile, Close Combat and Megahorn, while Pinsir has X-Scissor, Earthquake, Stone Edge and Return. These Pokemon will be under Mystery gift, received via internet.
